Original La Marzocco upgrade kit to equip the “old” version of the Linea Mini with the Cool Touch steam wand of the new Linea Mini R.
The “old” version can be recognized by the serial number on the type plate, which begins with “LM”. In addition, the old version of the Linea Mini does not have a display on the front.

Installation is very easy to do yourself: remove the 4 screws on the cover of the balcony. Then the split pin that fixes the steam wand to the steam valve can be removed and the old steam wand pulled off. The Cool Touch steam wand of the Linea Mini R can simply be pushed on and secured with the new split pin from the set.

As part of the upgrade to the new steam wand, the interior of the steam valve can also be wear kit (L165/K) and / or the Vacuum valve on the steam valve.

Suitable for the following machines: Linea Mini, Linea Mini R, Linea-FB70

This kit is a great and cost-effective alternative to the Pro Touch Upgrade Kit (958) which sells for more than 600€.

This spare part carries water, sometimes hot and under pressure. With a little experience in handling tools, you can usually install it yourself without difficulty.

After installation, check all connections for leaks and do not leave the machine unattended during the first few uses. Leaking connections can lead to water damage.
