Order & payment

Yes, of course. You can simply order as a guest – no customer account is needed. You just enter your address and email address at checkout, and you're ready to go.

If you order from me more often, a customer account is still worthwhile. You can create one with a single click at checkout. Under “My account” you then have:

  • all your orders with their current status at a glance,
  • your invoices to download,
  • the direct link to shipment tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way,
  • your saved addresses – next time you won't have to type anything in.

Even without a customer account, you can keep track: under Check order you can check the progress of your order at any time with your order number and email address.

You can pay the way you prefer: by bank transfer (prepayment), PayPal, credit and debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna.

You can see which payment methods are available for your order at checkout.

Yes, the minimum order value is €10.00 worth of goods – and there is a good reason for this.

It is important to me that you can order small parts individually: a single screw, a gasket or an O-ring, without having to buy a whole set.

However, every order incurs fixed fees, for example for the payment provider – regardless of how much the goods cost. For a single screw, these fees would exceed the price, and the order would not cover my costs. The minimum order value allows me to still offer you small parts individually.

My tip: while you're at it, check whether any other wear parts on your machine are due – you can then replace them all in one go.

There are several ways – simply use whichever is most convenient for you:

  • By email: As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from me with the link to DHL shipment tracking.
  • In your customer account: Under My account → Orders you can see the current status of every order at any time. As soon as the parcel is on its way, you will also find the “Track shipment” button there.
  • Without a customer account: Under Check order – you will also find the link at the very bottom of every page – enter your order number and your email address. You will then see the status of your order and, as soon as the parcel is on its way, the DHL tracking number with a link to shipment tracking.

An item was out of stock? Then I will reorder it for you. In the meantime, you can see the current status of your order at any time in your customer account or under Check order. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive the usual email with the link to shipment tracking.

Shipping & delivery

I deliver within Germany and to countries outside the EU – for example to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway and the USA. You can see all countries I deliver to in the country selection under “Shipping” in the cart.

How much does shipping cost? You can calculate the shipping costs in the cart before you order: select your country under “Shipping”, enter your town and postcode and click “Update”. The shipping costs are then shown and added to the total.

Unfortunately, I currently cannot deliver to EU countries other than Germany. You can find the reasons under Why is there no shipping to EU countries other than Germany?

For many years I shipped to all EU member states. Since the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) came into force on 12 August 2026, each individual EU country has its own registration, reporting and fee obligations. For a small business like mine, this effort is no longer economically viable, and the possible penalties are out of all proportion to the sales. That is why I have had to suspend shipping to EU countries other than Germany for the time being. As soon as there is a practical solution for micro-businesses, I will resume it straight away.

Tip for border regions: As with shipping to Switzerland, you can have your order delivered to a PO box or pick-up address on the German side of the border.

There is a petition on this topic calling for a moratorium on cross-border EPR fees and a proportionate solution for small businesses: Petition on change.org

Dispatch: Items that are in stock are shipped on the same working day, or at the latest on the next working day.

Always complete: I always ship your order complete – there are no partial deliveries. If an item from your order is currently unavailable, I wait until everything is here and then send it all together. In the meantime, you can see the current status at any time in your customer account or under Check order.

Shipping method: I ship parcels with DHL – abroad with DHL Parcel International Premium. Small, inexpensive items are sent as Warenpost (small parcel). This keeps shipping costs low for you, but can take a little longer than a parcel.

Transit time: How long the parcel takes depends on DHL and the destination country. Within Germany, it usually arrives within one to two working days. For international Premium parcels, DHL states transit times such as these:

  • Switzerland: 2–3 working days
  • United Kingdom: 3–4 working days
  • Norway: 4–6 working days
  • USA: 5–8 working days

In practice, however, it often takes longer. Especially for countries outside the EU, the parcel also has to clear customs. So it is best to allow a few extra working days.

You can find the transit times for all countries in the official DHL overview.

As soon as I have handed your parcel over to DHL, you will find the tracking number under Check order – and, if you have a customer account, also under “My account”. A click on the number takes you straight to DHL shipment tracking.

A small note on shipment tracking: With DHL, it sometimes takes a while for the status to change. Your parcel may appear to “stand still” for a day even though it has long been on its way to you. This is quite normal and usually no cause for concern.

Please understand that I cannot see any more than what is shown in DHL shipment tracking – once the parcel is with DHL, I unfortunately have no further insight. So please give the parcel a few working days. If nothing at all happens after that, feel free to contact me and I will take care of it.

That depends on the destination country:

USA: For deliveries to the USA, I charge a customs and handling fee of 15% of the goods value plus shipping. You will see this amount in your cart before you place your order. I ship duties paid with DHL (PDDP), so as a rule there are no further import charges for you on delivery. This way you know your total cost before you order.

All other countries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway): Here I ship without duties and taxes paid. Import duties and fees of the destination country are due on delivery and must be paid by the recipient.

Returns & withdrawal

As a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day you received the goods.

It's this easy:

  1. Let me know about your withdrawal – most conveniently via the page Cancel contract. An informal email to grafikus@grafikus-coffeetec.de or a letter is also sufficient.
  2. Send the goods back to me within 14 days of your withdrawal: Grafikus Coffeetec, Richard-Wagner-Straße 43, 82538 Geretsried, Germany. It is sufficient to send the parcel before the deadline expires.
  3. I will refund the purchase price and the cost of standard delivery within Germany no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal – using the same means of payment you used. The refund is made as soon as the goods have arrived back with me or you have provided proof of dispatch.

In the event of a withdrawal, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

My tip: pack the goods well and send them with a tracking number. That way everything arrives safely, and you have proof of dispatch.

I am sorry about that – I will take care of it. Of course, the statutory warranty rights apply.

Please email me at grafikus@grafikus-coffeetec.de with your order number, a short description of the problem and always a photo of the part. With the photo I can usually see straight away what is wrong and help you quickly.

Spare parts & exploded views

The easiest way is via the Spare parts finder: select your model at the top under “My machine”. You will then see the exploded views of your machine – assembly by assembly.

Simply click on the part you are looking for in the drawing, and you will see the picture, price and the add-to-cart button. This way you can also find parts whose names you don't know.

Yes, gladly! As an authorised La Marzocco dealer, I can source any part that La Marzocco offers – even if it is not (yet) listed in my shop.

The quickest way is via the Spare parts finder: select your machine, click on the part in the exploded view and then on “Request now”. That way I know straight away which part you mean.

Can't find the part in the drawing? No problem: email me at grafikus@grafikus-coffeetec.de with your machine model and serial number, ideally with a photo of the part. I will get back to you with availability, price and delivery time.
