La Marzocco maintenance kit for small service on a Linea Mini

Next to the Maintenance kit for major service on a Linea Mini I also offer this kit for minor service. This is more cost-effective because not all wear parts are replaced.
Depending on the type and intensity of use of the machine, the minor service should be carried out after approximately 1 year for commercial use and after 2 to 3 years for private use.

This maintenance kit is for the "old" version of the Linea Mini. This can be identified by the serial number on the nameplate, which begins with "LM." This version also lacks a display on the front.

Over time, the components installed in machines have changed slightly. Therefore, different maintenance kit options are available, which must be selected according to the machine's configuration. Before purchasing, it's important to check which version is required.

Cool Touch steam wand:
Since 2021, all machines have been equipped with a Cool-Touch steam lance. Whether a Cool-Touch steam lance or the older version without Cool-Touch is installed can be identified by the rubber coating on the older version.

If an old steam lance without Cool-Touch is installed, this can be switched to the latest version of the Linea Mini R The replacement is very simple, as only a cotter pin needs to be removed and then the lance can be replaced.

Portafilter seal:
– La Marzocco portafilter seal "reduced force" (H.3.018) -> Scope of delivery Linea Micra & Linea Mini R in conjunction with the combo portafilter (A.5.186) and bottomless portafilter (L111/X.01)
– La Marzocco portafilter seal (H.3.004) -> Scope of delivery Linea Mini & GS3 in conjunction with the Stainless steel portafilter with 2 spouts (L111/2NAC) and Stainless steel portafilter with 1 spout (L111/1AC)
– La Marzocco Silicone portafilter seal (H.3.007) -> Scope of delivery Linea Mini & GS3 in conjunction with the Stainless steel portafilter with 2 spouts (L111/2NAC) and Stainless steel portafilter with 1 spout (L111/1AC)

shower screen:
– La Marzocco Shower strainer (F.3.040.01) -> This is the shower screen included with the machine
– IMS Competition Nanotech shower screen for La Marzocco (MA200NT) -> This is an “upgrade” shower screen that I personally like to use.

Vacuum valve on the steam boiler:
There are also different versions of the vacuum valve on the steam boiler. Since model year 2021, only the new SMA vacuum valve (B.2.029.01) If the old Vacuum valve” (L192.03) is mounted, this can either be overhauled analogously with the corresponding wear set, or with the new SMA vacuum valve (B.2.029.01) be replaced.

All parts included are original La Marzocco spare parts.

Note on the IMS Competition Nanotech shower screen for La Marzocco (MA200NT):
NOTE: Clean nanotech-coated shower walls only with water and wipe with a soft cloth. Remove with chemical cleaners such as coffee grounds remover before backwashing, as cleaning agents can strip the coating.
