This maintenance kit is for the "old" version of the Linea Mini. This can be identified by the serial number on the nameplate, which begins with "LM." This version also lacks a display on the front.
The "economy version" includes the most important maintenance components while still allowing the machine to operate reliably. It is particularly suitable for users who want to service the machine regularly without having to invest in the complete maintenance kit. Depending on the type and intensity of use, the major service should be performed after approximately one year for commercial use and after three to five years for private use.
Over time, the components installed in machines have changed slightly. Therefore, different maintenance kit options are available, which must be selected according to the machine's configuration. Before purchasing, it's important to check which version is required.
Cool Touch steam wand:
Since 2021, all machines have been equipped with a Cool-Touch steam lance. Whether a Cool-Touch steam lance or the older version without Cool-Touch is installed can be identified by the rubber coating on the older version.
If an old steam lance without Cool-Touch is installed, this can be switched to the latest version of the Linea Mini R The replacement is very simple, as only a cotter pin needs to be removed and then the lance can be replaced.

– La Marzocco Silicone portafilter seal (H.3.007) -> Scope of delivery Linea Mini & GS3 in conjunction with the Stainless steel portafilter with 2 spouts (L111/2NAC) and Stainless steel portafilter with 1 spout (L111/1AC)
Vacuum valve on the steam boiler:
There are also different versions of the vacuum valve on the steam boiler. Since model year 2021, only the new SMA vacuum valve (B.2.029.01) If the old Vacuum valve” (L192.03) is mounted, this can either be overhauled analogously with the corresponding wear set, or with the new SMA vacuum valve (B.2.029.01) be replaced.
