This specially designed portafilter holder is placed directly on the grind-by-weight scale (Connected Scale Y.301) is attached. In combination with the La Marzocco Pico or the La Marzocco Swan coffee grinder, it allows full use of the grind-by-weight function. While the grind-by-weight function is also possible without this accessory—for example, by grinding into a separate dosing cup—the holder offers a significant convenience and efficiency advantage: It allows grinding directly into the inserted portafilter. This eliminates the need to transfer the ground coffee.
A notice: This accessory can also be attached to a conventional Acaia Lunar. However, the grind-by-weight function is only available in combination with the La Marzocco Connected Scale Y.301 and the mills La Marzocco Pico and La Marzocco Swan can be used.
