If you have visited my shop in the last few days, you may already have noticed: the Grafikus Coffeetec shop looks different. I have rebuilt it from scratch, with a new design, a clearer structure and several features that are meant to make it easier for you to find the right part for your espresso machine or grinder. In this post I explain why I took this step and what will be added over the coming months.
Why a new shop?
Grafikus Coffeetec started with my own modifications to the La Marzocco Linea Mini. Over the years it has grown into much more. Since 2023 I have been an official La Marzocco spare parts dealer, and my range has grown steadily ever since: spare parts for La Marzocco home and commercial machines and for the grinders, plus conversion kits and Accessories. My goal is to gradually stock everything you need to maintain and repair your machine.
With every new item, however, the old shop became a little more confusing. When rebuilding it, I therefore focused above all on helping you find what you are looking for quickly. The search now also recognises part numbers. Under “My machine” you can also save your model; the shop will then show you matching spare parts and drawings first everywhere.
Exploded views: the right part at a glance
Anyone who has ever searched for a spare part for an espresso machine knows the problem: you know exactly which part you need, but not what it is called or what its part number is. That is why there is now the Spare parts finder. There you will find the exploded views of your machine. When you click on a part in the drawing, you see its part number and can add it straight to your cart.
The drawings also include parts that are not yet listed in the shop. They are marked in grey, and I can get them for you on request. Just send me a short email.
Many, many hours of development have already gone into the spare parts finder. Even so, not everything is perfect yet: in some drawings the formatting and alignment are not yet the way I want them. I am working on this step by step, drawing by drawing. If you notice anything, I would be glad to receive a short note.
What comes next
The new shop does not mean the work is finished. Over the coming months I would like to gradually add guides, for example on changing seals, regular care or descaling. I am also adding more espresso machines and grinders to the range. I am also expanding the workshop page ; there you will find out more about maintenance, repair and preventive servicing in my workshop in 82538 Geretsried.
Your opinion matters to me
Is something missing in the new shop, does something not work the way you expect, or would you like a particular part or guide? Then feel free to write to me at grafikus@grafikus-coffeetec.de. I appreciate every piece of feedback, because it helps me improve the shop step by step.
