Contrary to what the name might suggest, the set does not include the Pro Touch steam wand, but rather the new, optimized Performance Touch steam wand.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"29\" data-end=\"100\"><strong data-start=\"29\" data-end=\"100\">Advantages of the Pro Touch steam wand compared to the Cool-Touch wand<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"102\" data-end=\"604\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">\u2013 When opening the steam tap before frothing, significantly less condensation escapes than with the cool-touch lance, so the process is considerably shorter.<br data-start=\"263\" data-end=\"266\" \/>For some latte art professionals, this probably won&#039;t matter, but the Pro Touch steam wand is significantly more forgiving. It makes texturizing the milk easier and more controlled, as less air and water are introduced. This results in fewer bubbles and a more consistent finish in the pitcher.<\/p>\n<p>The installation is very easy and can be done yourself by removing the four screws on the &quot;balcony&quot; cover. Then the cotter pin that secures the steam wand to the steam valve can be removed and the old steam wand pulled off.<\/p>\n<p>The set also includes the seals for connecting to the steam valve. These can be replaced before installing the new steam wand.
