This curved filling funnel was specially developed for single-dosing operation with the Mahlk\u00f6nig EK43 and EK43S. The funnel attaches directly to the grinder and can be securely fastened with the screw included with the EK43\/EK43S.<\/p>\n

Especially if the grinder is located under a wall cabinet in the kitchen, the included standard bean hopper can often be too large\u2014both in volume and height. The hopper solves this problem, as the adapter is eliminated and the hopper is significantly flatter, measuring approximately 9.5 cm (including the lid).<\/p>\n

The hopper's interior is completely smooth, allowing the coffee beans to flow directly into the grinding chamber, leaving no beans left in the hopper. The hopper is specifically designed for single-dosing operation and therefore does not have a slider. To prevent beans from spilling out during operation and to prevent dust from entering the grinder, the hopper comes with a lid.<\/p>\n

The filling funnel, like the ground coffee hopper, can be supplied in various finishes so that it can be perfectly matched to the rest of the espresso and coffee equipment.<\/p>\n

In addition, the EK43 and EK43S can be used with my other accessories, such as the magnetic grinding container<\/a> and the integrated tamping station<\/a>, expanded and improved.<\/p>\n
