I was really looking forward to this machine. But after just a few days of use I noticed that the machine could do even more. After just two weeks I had completely dismantled it and shortly afterwards replaced the rotary pump with a gear pump. I operated the gear pump using the factory paddle, so I now had a machine that left almost nothing to be desired.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"563\" data-end=\"808\">In addition to this technical modification, I also addressed two things that had bothered me about the factory Linea Mini: the plastic caps and the rubber feet. I replaced both with self-designed stainless steel components.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"810\" data-end=\"1041\">Now that my Linea Mini was a fully-fledged pressure profiling machine and I had caught the fever, I asked myself what further adjustments could have a positive effect on the result in the cup.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1043\" data-end=\"1850\">&quot;Unfortunately&quot;, when testing and experimenting, I came to the realization that the effort of adapting the Linea Mini to my ideas would be too much. For this reason, I decided to build my own espresso machine based on the proven hardware of my Linea Mini. So I started to create a collection of the desired functions. The image of an espresso machine that is modular and divided into different units for making espresso, steam\/hot water and a central unit with the necessary technology quickly formed in my head. The goal was to hide as much as possible below the work surface. From these thoughts, a project developed that has now accompanied me for many years. My machine has been in daily use since 2019.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1852\" data-end=\"2201\">In addition to a great espresso machine that now stands in my living room and inspires me every day, I have learned a lot through this project. The experience gained and increased technical possibilities are now being used in conversion kits for the <a href=\"https:\/\/grafikus-coffeetec.de\/en\/product\/linea-mini-nadelventil-kit-2-0\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Linea Mini<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/grafikus-coffeetec.de\/en\/product\/linea-mini-r-nadelventil-kit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Linea Mini R<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/grafikus-coffeetec.de\/en\/product\/linea-micra-nadelventil-kit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Linea Micra<\/a> as well as various accessories for espresso machines and grinders.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1852\" data-end=\"2201\">Since <strong>August 2023<\/strong> I am <strong>official La Marzocco spare parts dealer<\/strong> and constantly expand the stock of spare parts for the La Marzocco Home machines, La Marzocco grinders and La Marzocco Gastro machines.<br \/>\nMy long-term goal is to always have everything in stock that might be needed. Components that are not available in the shop can of course be obtained on request. Since I had already worked on the Linea Mini and GS3 for many years, the answer was of course: yes.<br data-start=\"387\" data-end=\"390\" \/>From these initial machines, I have now had over 100 that have come to me for repair or service.<br data-start=\"527\" data-end=\"530\" \/>In the meantime, all machines in the Munich area that were purchased directly from La Marzocco Germany <strong>in case of a defect during the warranty period<\/strong> end up with me, so that the machine does not have to be sent by freight forwarder or post.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2203\" data-end=\"2365\">This is also particularly <strong>exciting for customers of the Linea Micra<\/strong>, which is only available through direct sales from La Marzocco. For the Linea Micra, I have an agreement with La Marzocco that I can add machines that were purchased online to my service inventory, so that I am the direct contact for warranty cases.
